- Invoices: All invoices will outline the services provided, applicable fees, and payment due dates.
- Late Fees: Overdue payments may result in interest charges and/or suspension of services.
- Disputes: Any billing concerns must be reported to us within 7 days of the invoice date for review.
2. Chargeback Policy
- Unauthorized Chargebacks: Clients must contact QuickRight LLC before initiating any chargeback through their financial institution.

- Consequences: Chargebacks that are not communicated in advance may lead to immediate service termination and legal fee recovery.
3. Acceptable Use
- Services must be used in a lawful, respectful, and ethical manner.
- You agree not to misrepresent your business, interfere with service operations, or take actions that could damage our reputation.
4. Liability Disclaimer
- Our services are provided “as is”, with no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free performance.
- QuickRight LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Delays caused by third parties, natural disasters, outages, or unforeseen external factors are not our responsibility.
5. Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
- Jurisdiction: Any legal action will be handled through the courts located in Illinois.
- Resolution Process: Please contact us first to resolve any disputes. If unresolved, matters may proceed to arbitration or mediation.
6. Service Termination
- QuickRight LLC may suspend or terminate services due to non-payment, policy violations, or misuse.
- Upon termination, any outstanding balance becomes immediately due and payable.
7. Updates to Terms
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
- Continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
